Personal Footage
All video and personal footage is only stored for a specific amount of
time locally and in a secure storage device, this data is retained for one week
after delivery of a product to guarantee that if there are any issues with our
work we can review it and fix it if possible.
After 7 days of the final product being delivered to the customer, Media to
Digital delete all copies of the footage that has been converted forever using
secure deletion methods. Available to us.
Contracts
Images and Footage from projects or weddings may be reproduced or displayed
online as stated in contracts signed by all parties, where Media to Digital are
the Legal Copyright owners. Footage that is not owned by Media to Digital will
be deleted and not stored after 2 weeks of completion of any project.
