Do I get my tapes back when they are converted?

This is totally up to you, If you are posting your tapes for conversion, we have a few options available to you.

First.
We will convert them and ship them back with the discs’ portable hard drive or USB, you will be invoiced for return postage.

Second.

If you are unsure, we are happy to post back just the Discs, USB or hard drive, or we are happy to provide a digital delivery and store your tapes here for 30 days in the event that you have any issues with a transfer. We will pay for return postage on the DVDs or USB out of your order if your order is more than 3 tapes.
