If you send us videotapes please note they are pretty robust the post really can not hurt them so all the additional extra padding is not always necessary, When you send in Tapes film slides or any other form of media make sure to include the following information
- Your Name
- Your Current Address
- Your Email address (used only for billing purposes)
- your Phone Number
- What format do you want your tapes converted to, e.g.: Standard Def Digital, DVD, High Def Digital, etc?
- Tell us if you require additional copies onto DVD
- Include a USB or a portable hard drive with your tapes for storage.
(NOTE, we do sell USB and Portable Hard Drives if you fail to send one, you can see our pricing here.) - If you do not want the original tapes or film back, This will reduce Return Postage cost, or we can offer Digital Downloads
